We are an independent boutique wedding and family celebration event-planning consultancy with over 15 years combined experience in hospitality & event planning and pride ourselves on a personalized and ethical approach to our work.

We work exclusively for our clients and do not receive commissions from service providers or suppliers that we may engage on your behalf. Our advice and suggestions we provide to you as part of our service is not influenced by any financial arrangements with service providers, it is unbiased and based on helping you achieve your unique celebration. Any savings negotiated with suppliers & service providers are for your benefit as our client.

Our discerning client base are those looking for a unique and personalized service for that most important event, grand or intimate, near or far away from home. Their time is precious and they do not want to spend their precious time worrying over big or small details that are inevitable when planning a special celebration and they also want to minimize stress levels, so they choose a perfect day to not only maximize the effort put in but reduce the time spent in doing so.

We choose to only work with a small number of clients enabling us to make a full commitment to your individual requirements. We can assist with maximizing your creative ideas, making your celebration truly memorable. Part of our planning service is to discuss with our clients the precise details as the big event approaches so no detail is overlooked. If you decide to use our coordination services on the day/night of your wedding or celebration we guarantee that our services are exclusively yours at that time.

We offer a complete range of services for weddings; we consult with you to ensure everything is done for you the way you want. This may include pre wedding events, honeymoon arrangements, guest flights, accommodation or pre & post wedding activities and all associated details.
