Built in 1861, Functions On Chapel is a gracefully composed classical building in the Italianate style. From the street it’s a grand heritage building while inside you’ll discover a completely updated that blends a traditional and timeless feel with every modern convenience and technology expected in a quality establishment.

Functions On Chapel is situated on the corner of Chapel and Greville streets in vibrant Prahran. The elegant main room with its intricate original ceiling and parquetry floor has capacity for 300 people for a cocktail function or 200 for a wedding banquet – 180 with dancing. Additionally there are two reception rooms, a beautifully landscaped private courtyard with outdoor bar area plus a state of the art commercial kitchen allowing you to work with your caterer of choice. This affords you total flexibility and enables your desired wines or champagnes to be served. The audio visual system includes a large screen and projector along with microphones and lectern.
